Weird problem with custom scenery tag

OK, so I'm making a custom bunker scenery tag that's worked up to this point. I recently added a roof and another material to the bunker and now I'm getting red geometry in game. This red geometry was originally what I'd last had selected in 3DS Max, but I deselected the faces and made sure material were correct, made sure nothing was selected and re-exported all the way thru, and still the same stuff. :/ The tag shows up fine in Sapien as shown below.

But when I put the tag in game I get this:

Any ideas? I've tested it in the same level up to this point, which is a pretty big level in size and detail I might add (over 2000 faces). I'm using 2 stock materials from B30, both metal, and 1 custom. There were already shaders for the 2 metals that worked correctly up to this point.

Any help would be greatly appriciated!
