ordinal 9 error!!

Why do i get the error whenever i open haloCE or hek proggies: "the ordinal 9 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSOUND.dll." is it bad? or somethoing plz help!

maybe you should try d/ling CE again
if that doesnt work i have no idea...
