LOL Stupid noob Q How do I install HEK?

I Feel ashamed about this. I can't figure out how to install HEK. I downloaded it from halomaps.com and I waswondering how u installed it. when I click o it a screen pops up that has two buttons uninstall and play. i click play and it exits out and takes me to a tutorial page. I heard someone say that you have to have Halo CE playing so I did that and it does the same thing. I've just started doing this so before any of you say it i will admit it im a noob but i reall need help

If its already on my computer.. cann you tell me where it is? cause i dont see it in the halo CE folder. remember I want to install HEK (Halo Editing Kit) not Halo CE

Start-->Run

and paste this:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition"

If your drive is C: then it should be there.

man i wouldnt even attempt HEKing when i cant even find it

HEKing? HEK gets installed here by default : C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition. Or, right click Halo CE, properties, find target, and look for Tool, Geurilla, and Sapien. Be sure you have a tutorial to start with...
