I just was finaly abel to read the info on HEK and Halo:CE, im gessing theres going to be people posting about what they will do with the new tools and such so post em here. I cant wait for it to come out, finaly they are comming through with what they said. Im planning to bring back one of the first 3d game levels ( n64). Happy counting down days

Why the word soon should never be used:
SimCity.com
The represenatives of Maxis there said that the first patch for SimCity 4 would come "soon" way back in May of last year, or something crazy. We got it in November/December.
They said that the BAT (Building Architect Tool) would come soon in December (This was around late November they said it.). We got it mid-March.
"Soon" is an overrated word.

Woopdidoo. No scripting possible with HEK tools (perhaps with 3rd party homebrew apps), SP dev (highly unlikely), or gameplay modes (to my knowledge at least).
Lets give a big round of applause to GearBox for their second pile of steaming shit in the past eight months.

hey, we've come this far right? Surely we'll be able to do more, its another step, we can finally create our own BSPs, along with a new HMT we should be able to do pretty much everything we want, only this time HMT should have functions to do individual stuff, like give our new maps a graphic and description, i think i remember HEK tut saying we cant add our own map graphic and description for the UI?
