sapien problems with tags

when ever i add a tag,any tag in sapien a small boxor pop-up comes and says:
1 of the selected tags u chose with unable to be added to the propeties pallet. Please contact ur closest bungi programmer for fixxing this error.
so um....what do i do? do i igni\or it or what?

Your missing some tags needed for you ai or whatever.

tell me if im missing any parts 2 the tag,
flood human:
bitmaps folder,
flood bit head folder,
flood bit limbs folder,
flood bit innard folder,
flood bit skin folder,
shaders folder,

gbx model,
effect,
biped,
animations,
collision geometry
and thats for all my ai tags
and it happens to my weapon tags and vehicle tags.
