12.27.07 21:36:57 EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\cseries\debug_memory.c,#183: Invalid pointer: header: 0x67c1190 signature: 0x3c424144 line: 103 file: 0x613748 size: 0xb814 reason: Pointer has been disposed. (\halopc\haloce\source\memory\array.c:80)
I have tried:
1. Increasing my virtual memory (on both hard drives) to 4 gigabytes
2. Having someone with 2 gigabytes of RAM try to run the formation of the lightmaps.
Here is the information of the BSP:
Size: 11.4 mb
Vertices: 23,108
Edges: 46,965
Faces: 23,859
No errors occurred when I ran the .jms through tool to create the tags.
The sky used is: sky\sky_d40\skyofdoom\skyofdoom
There is a background and environment sound on all of the clusters.
I have compiled lightmaps on BSPs with about the same, and even more, vertices, edges, and faces and I have not received this error before.
Anybody have any suggestions that would help?
<Edit>: To my surprise, the displace modifier was giving me the trouble. I just tested it on a smaller map and I got the same exact error.
