Tool not working?

i dont know whats going on but my tool only stays open for about a quarter of a second. i got a screenshot of it and it says "couldnt read map file './toolbeta.map' This is my first time using HEK

Copy the cmd in your c:\windows\system32 to you haloce root directory.

No, use the cmd you copied. You never double click on the tool icon.
