Tool.exe error(again)

I am having a bit of trouble with this error i was wondering if the peeps on the forum could help me out.

I have:
3ds max 6
HEKter
blitz for 6
model in right directory

My Error:
HEKter version 1.1 by Kyle0654

### ERROR model file has wrong version number.

Problem:
when I use HEKter to try and put my .jms into the tool.exe it comes up with this error no matter if its in HEKter or in cmd. Im think its because im using version 6 of 3dsmax but i dunno. Ive heard that it could be that not all of the faces in my level have materials applied to them. But that was only in connection with chimp, which I dont use. I would appretiate some help with this. Thanks.

nvm i got it. you hafta make sure u follow the instructions in the chimp readme EXACTLY

We...both dont use chimp so how do we fix it? how did you fix it? come on...

if you watch the stupid video tutorials they missed one thing type tool.exe not tool its
TOOL.EXE
