To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

Is there a certain post count u have to get to post attachments here?

no, if u want to attach a mod or a picture u can at files.halomods.com but make sure that its realevent and is not spam
