HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

... but I'm positive a lot of these movies are edited with the help of Adobe Premiere Pro. Clearly, Premiere Pro provides a lot more flexibility and stuff, so I tried using it myself. However, there seems to be no way at all to learn this program!! I've searched endlessly for some useful tutorials, but to no avail.

Please, if somebody could post a link to a few good tutorials I'd be forever in your debt... kinda

Edit: I also need a voice deforming program. You know, to make your voice sound as though it comes through a radio? Like in Red vs Blue.
