Halo 2: Why We Mod

This is a project I've been working on for about a month now. All of the footage in this video was not shot on live obviously.
As many of you know, Halo 2 modding for the most part now has a blackened name thanks to some members of the modding community. Due to the easiness of Xbox "softmodding" and the ease of getting the files required to perform it, modding Halo 2 on Xbox Live spread quickly. This hurt matchmaking in Halo 2 even further as there was still abuse of network manipulation in addition to the new threat...
This project was meant to change that. We wanted to show the general community that modders are not a bad thing, that we do what we do out of curiosity and for fun. I think most members of the modding community would agree with that.
I would like to give a special thanks to farklem, Darth Jiggles, and xbox7887. Without them, this vid wouldn't have turned out the way it did.
The high quality version of this video is roughly 60mb and is 6:10 long. I did not really get the participation I was going for in my recruitment topic but I think the video turned out well none the less. I am pretty sure that this is the final version and I am not going to be making any revisions soon.

Excellent job ExileLord, this came out a hell of a lot better than I expected when you first mentioned starting this project. All of the hard work obviously has paid off.

Yeah, I found a error with the credits. I didn't make Sentinel Base 2, xHeadshotmastax did. The only mod I made was Isolation and I actually saw it in there a few times.
Nice video guys, you just might want to fix the credit error.

Bleh, I'm not sure how that happened. I'll rerender it sometime. It takes forever to render. ;\

But unfortunatley, halomods knows why we mod...and that is to gain e-cred!...... or something
But yeah what I'm saying is, it needs t be shown at non modding sites...You done that already?

Wow just saw it...Fantastic!
Not only will it "wow" people, but it will serve as inspiration for all other modders including myself
The music was great and the editing was very good...

Nice vid, I feel that it really does show that modding isn't for cheating like a lot of the losers use it for, it can actually be used to make the game more fun.
and it also reminded me that my friend HeadShotMasta has no life >_>
