help me.

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

any body know were can i get a program that make screen look like red vs blue movies. LIke the width is 400 and the height is 150 somethink like that. Or like if i made a movie and the movies is sqaured and i want to cut the bottom and the top so it only will show the middle.

Download RAD Video Toolsand when you convert the video use the video cropping option.
