u need to make a [cough]good video... that one was obviously captured at a certain frame rate, but it was lagging and fraps could not capture that fast, which resulted in a very fast video. You cant even really tell whats going on. When this happens to me, I make the video something like .8 speed and it fixes it, maybe even lower in this case. also, u may consider lowering the capture rate in fraps
