FRAPS help!

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

It lags very much when I record!
I need to know how I can run it better!
I have the 1.9 version.
Do I have to change settings?
Get a newer version???
Help please!
And wtf is SSE instructions???

version 2 works better, i think the best for recording is 25 0r 30, plus i have the registerd version
if you see me post, and have no clue who i am, it means i haven't posted in a while
