how did they remove the hud?

i was watching the red vs blue movies, and the more resent ones don't have the hud or anything. i tried the blind mode skull in it, but nothing. any ideas on how to get rid of the hud completely?

if u mean how do u make it widescreen like in rvb, well read the tutorial above that explains how, but if you want to know how to make it completely no hud in mp, then ur gonna have to mod it or somethin.

Perhaps you'd like to notice that the resolution of the RvB movies, letterboxes and all, are exactly that of a TV?

u mean the one where u have the plasma pistol as your only wepon, then pick up the skull in oddball while it is fully charged, your guy droppes the pistol, and has the skull. then drop the skull, and there is no crosshair in the hud cause there is no wepon?
