ive just gotten fraps 2.0 but it always laggs wen i record i need help plz

Well sometimes its natural for it to lag. its called proformance lag. But if u are recording and u go back and watch it and its laggy its cuz u have a shitty computer and ur not getting enough Frames Per Second. If could be a video card problem. You also wanna check for viruses and spyware/ad-ware. And keep ur Harddrive defraged by defraging once everyweek. But hey whats the specs for ur computer that will explain everything.
