What is a good vidio capturing device?

To upload Halo Movies, either Halo PC or Halo Xbox. Movies must be compressed with winrar or zip. Maximum 5MB/minute of video.

What is a good vidio capturing device bfor making movies for halo pc (must be free or a trial)?

I also use Fraps... the only bad thing is that it makes gameplay for u pretty bad while u r filming... at least it did with my old graphics card... i dont know about my new graphics card yet
