try fraps, with that u can film in-game

-Fraps (record)
-Movie Maker 2
-Premier
-Other movie editor

Get Fraps, record your movie, open it up in movie maker, edit it, and publish it

Xbox:

-Capture card (record)
-Software, etc.

Same thing.. record and edit.

no fraps use gamecam you could record for more than 30sec for free
