Reducing Lag?

I use fraps, and I always get lag... All the time, is it cuz i got alot of files in the fraps foldder? My computer isnt sucky, its an alien ware, it basically has the newest radeon vid card. So whats wrong

hmmm if its not the comp and its not the vid card, then i dont know what your problem is, maybe you are running other programs in the background that are taking up cpu?

If you delete unused files in the fraps folder,and close all programs except Halo and Fraps,the lag should go way down.

yea kap'n is right [no offence kap'n i jult like the sound of that] cus i had fraps at one time and it was laggy like that but i didnt figure out the prob till after i threw it out in blind rage.
