IT ALWAYS SAYS INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEES TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVIEINCE I CANT USE ANYTHING! i extract them but its still the same aaahhhh i need help!

alright lets say i download the helpful halo hacking tool right? now i try it and it says it encounters a problem bla bla bla so i exstract it but it says the same so i cant use it!

What exactly is the problem?
When did it start?
List the application(s) that can't run?
NOTE: English is the only accepted language. Correct grammar and sentence structure is paramount here.

i think he's saying he edited a map and didnt have backup and messed up saving it and got exception! you are being teh 1337 h4x0r error

1) tell me what you tried to edit
2) go to mIRC channel and ill send you a working map of what you tried editing
3) please tell me you know what mIRC is
4) if im not there, ask someone else to send it to you

sorry im phillophino if u say i cant speak english but still i can. well look, i download the hhht (helpful halo hacking tool) right i put it into a folder and now i try to open it, now it says internet explorer has encounted a problem and needs to close down. so i extract it to another folder and now i try to open it but it says the same thing so i cant use it.

either buy a new computer, or go download ppf-o-matic, asuming all you wanted to do was patch....

i had the same problem when i had just started modding. Go to download.com and search winrar. You'll find the rar version of winzip.
