HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i get this error when i try to use HMT.. i tried to email monoxcideC but he wasnt kind enough to leave his email in the readme... any help would be appreciated

erg first of all please post this in the HMT section im sick of this and second of all do u have .net framework and yes u should be thanking me also for even awnsering becasue som peeps never do stuff right
