Civil War Mod

Hey, has neone come close to making a civil war ctf mod?
i thought i heard of it, like using the unarmored marines as the mcs, custom flags, low clip sizes, and other junk like that?
Get back to me if im wrong on ne of this.

a civil war mod would be cool. if it was single player, u could make the covies into marines, and make them attack u. I think I'll try this
