paintball mod idea

i was thinkin of having a paintball mod where the guns were replaced by models of real-life guns. there would be new sounds (if .wav sounds work) new skins and new models. here is a quick over-view
weapons- all of the weapons are replaced with models of real-life guns with totally different models, skins, sounds and stats. for example, the pistol would be replaced by a spyder electra or sumthin and it's stats totally redone. i am planning on doing this with every weapon in the game. i am also thinking of making the rocket launcher and fuel rod gun the same paint rocket-lobbing gun. they would leave apprpraitly sized marks and effects.
vehicles- there will only be the hog. i am thinking of taking the gun off and making it impossible for it to give damage, instead just push people around. because it will not have it's gun it will be mainly for transport. if anyone has or can find the model for a transport hog please say so. i don't think there should be the ghost or tank in the mod because they mainly serve as moving guns, but if i can remove the tank's accuracy and add a slope to the projectile and make the machine gun not shoot i may include it, as would i include the ghost if i can make it have a slow and innacurate firing rate. i may include the banshee if i can get it to drop a paintbomb and mainly serve as a heavy bomber and not a noob ace fighter.
skins- i have no idea how to skin a new model in photoshop so i need a preogram where i can paint the actual 3-d model. i heard about it somewhere but can't find the thread. please reccomend a program if you know or find one. other then that i am going to re-skin contrails so they will look like the color of a paintball, as would the bulletholes be replaced by colorful paint blobs. i think i may skin the vehicles, weapons, aand maybe master chief to have some paint marks on them, but probably will drop that idea. i will re-skin the grenade's explosions to look like paint and to leave a paint mark. varying in size in proportion to the projectile (the banshee's paint bomb would leave a huge pool of paint, where the pistol would only make a little mark)
sounds- if i can import .wav sounds than i would probably go to middle tennessee paintball and record some people shooting their guns as well as the paintball hitting the target and whizzing through the air. if anyone has some sound editing program or a free trial location then please tell me.
gametype- i am thinking of having a getype in the mod pack so people can start and join servers playing the paintball mod and be able to play a game that brings out the mod's full potential. it would be where you start out with your one gun and 2 paintball grenades. there will only be the transport hogs (and quite a few of them) without the guns and they will cause no damage. one hit will kill and there will be a set number of lives.
that is the main part of the idea. if i left out little details about how projectiles have different bitmaps when they hit different objects then please don't make a big deal about it. i am about to go to bed and i am kinda tired so if i leave out tiny details don't freak out and say this mod sux. gimme some feedback.
