what is this stupid autoban? how long does it ban you for and how do i get rid of it?? plz help meeeeeeeee.

thats a dedicated server feature...well, technically u can set it for when you host an internet game... you set the options with commands, do a search on dedicated server faqs

me and my friends play on a NORMAL SERVER and sometimes we Betray a lot and then we get anned

AUTO BANNING I HATE U

Well Autoban usually works for you, it eliminates team killing fucktards, but i don't know if it's ever auto banned me in a server with my friends

If your decent at the game you shouldn't betray anyone ... as it stands there are too many newbies that can't drive for shit lol

And my vid card sux so much, that i cant see armor colors. Everyone looks grey to me...

Yeah, I can see that I killed or betrayed someone, but it shows up *after* i kill them...

On the auto ban thing, is there an autoban for inactivity? I was playing Schwizno Alpha and it seemed like half of my team was inactive, so red was just basically walking into the base and taking the flag.

Or the server just turns them off.

Or how about aiming at them and seeing if the crosshair turns red? A simple solution. My gfx card is as bad as yours, maybe even worse, and I would buy a new one if I wasn't saving up for an XBox.

Yeah.. I'm gunna waste 2 seconds aiming at someone to see if they're alied, while they throw a grenade...

Excuse me, but I do belive no one has REALLY answered his question. Autoban is something that happens to you or another person when you or they kill their teammates too often. You will always get banned if you kill your teammates too often. I've been their with the no armor color situation, and the green arrow is the only thing that saved me. Try hosting you own game, you can't getted autobanned if you host. Also, if you host, their is a way to unban people, kick people, and ban people. But, if your not interested in hosting your own games, then I can't help you, just hope to God that friendly fire is off.
