How do I change the icon for the mac version of HMT?

I can't remember the specifics, but if you get a resource editor program similar to ResEdit or Resorcerer, you can open the .app file, find the space for the icon, and then drag and drop it in.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me (and with a better memory!) can give you specifics.

If you're just looking to change the icon for yourself (As this will not show up on other people's computers), you can open the application's info (Apple + I), click the icon in top left, and paste in your own (Apple + V).
EDIT: In Rezilla (or your own editor), go to the ics# and ics8 menus, there will be 3 different icons in each. There may also be more menus with different resolutions, I don't know. Edit accordingly. Then go into the icns menu and edit the masks.
EDIT again: While we're on the subject of resources, I found some weird images of what appears to be Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, in full screen and windowed on a Mac OS 10.3 machine. Weird stuff.
