My sniper cant snipe

Well, I'm making a mod in which there is a cyborg up on a ledge with a sniper rifle(NOT THE WHOLE MOD!!!). He spots you okay and he tries to shoot, but he almost always misses. Can any1 hlp me with this?

what? like making the aim of the sniper horrible? or improving it?
tellign it in a story does not help me at all :S

sryz. wat i mean is he almost never hits me. I want him to hit me when i stand infront of him or walk past him, not hit the wall

I would suggest using a Marine, but you'd be dead before you even knew what happened.
