but if im mistaken there is no mod that enables you to be a female on Halo CE

Now what's up with that?

As far as I'm aware, no. Though the Spartans in Multiplayer have no defined Gender, so it's possible you would either be Male, Female, or a Hermaphrodite.

I guess no one has taken the time to remodel the masterchief playermodel.

Put some Rule 34 all up in that shit.

Someone has modelled a female spartan model. It's in the tags and resources section. And if you want to use the existing spartan model, just make some new death sounds like I've done. Not hard.
