How can you place items on your in great abundance ? Like all the nodded blood gulch. I want to make tons of medic packs snipers teleporters via medic packs how? Do these appear in other ppls servers? Can these appear without dedicated servers?

Sparkedit is needed.
They don't appear in other's servers.
If they join yours, your placed MP Equipment and Vehicles will show to the other players.
