modding problem

I had my mods running just fine. Then I updated, and now even when all my maps are modded, nothing happens, only bitmaps show as modded. I have done this on both my vista and XP partition, same thing happens both times (I have copied files just incase it happened both times), but I would like to create internet games modded. I'm working on a new timberland mod with grav guns, hydraulics, night time, etc. and now i cant test my mods... on XP or Vista. Microsh** Winblows sucks

Then get a mac, cause obviously windows is the devil and kills your mods.
It's not the OS, if everybody else can do something fine on an operating system, and you can't, then it's obviously the user. That's you.
Make sure you're an administrator, on XP AND Vista. And if on Vista, make sure to run EVERYTHING as an administrator.
Your problem is identical to everyone else who had an issue with running as admin.
Try making your mod on XP, and testing on XP. Then do the same for Vista.
