How do you change your ip address?? HELP!

my system is vista and ive been wanting to go on to a site i was bannned from so i can get revenge on them because they were acting mean to me and i want to create a new account but they said my ip address was the same so they didnt approve my account so i need to change it

This is the internet. Revenge on the internet consists of banned people coming back and posting "loooll, U bant me but not 4ever!".
No one gives a shit. They delete the post, and you are yet again, insignificant and forgotten. Just as a suggestion, don't waste your time, and don't waste your day sulking about how 'mean' people were to you on the internet.
