im guessing you can just scale the model to be bigger
but that would mean issues with the collision model...

Scale it up, hex edit the collision model.
Im gonna do some looking into collision model editing right now. Not that it means anything considering I'm pretty much illiterate with anything like that.

Download the original Silent Cartographer map for Halo Custom Edition.
Open up Halo Custom Edition.
Go to the silent cartographer.
once there, turn on dev, and type 'object_create beach_lz_banshee'
now there will be an unmanned banshee on the beach.
now type 'object_set_scale beach_lz_banshee 1.5 10'
You will now have a giant banshee. Try to have fun with it.

he said grunt. But if that works the process should be the same, just finding the "game-name" for a grunt.

It works in either. Visually, you could have a giant grunt in Halo PC, with the exception that it's collision wouldn't match.

All you have to do is extract the grunt model out of the mod2 tag set in HMT, then open it up into a modeling program that supports .obj files (like Misfit Modeler), and then just scale the model up to your liking.

and if you REALLY wanted, you could scale up the collision as well by hex.

Misfit Modeller.
HMT.
Any hex editor (this will NOT be easy, this is advanced stuffs. Very tedious work, very unreliable results.)

Ok firstly, your avatar is breaking the rules, secondly, save as most likely, no one is gonna give you a tutorial for gods sake, looks one up yourself.
