Paintball mod?

OK does anyone know how to make the paintball splats like the one Moron66213 made here:

And does anyone no how to make homing rockets? (they hit the nearest target even if you aimed the opposite direction)
ive seen it on a video once so i know it possible

ask philly about splatters
for homing rockets all you need to do is set the autoaim of the weapon to the largest it can be

Well the photos on there are down so I'm going to guess he just used the blood splatters. You could just color the splatters differently, but applying them to the bullet marks I'm not sure on.

I know there was a tracking option in HMT but I can't seem to find it. try looking around for alternate weap plugins.

There's a tutorial in the PC section for paintball, proving you didn't search.
The only possible reason I can see for answering the second question is to enable you to cheat, which is not something that Halomods condones.
It does exist in a plugin pack, and I could tell you which, and how to do it, but until you give me a logical reason why a respectable mod would need homing rockets, I'd rather not say how.

What's wrong with homing rockets? If he wanted to cheat he could just make assault rifle bullets deal 500x damage. It would only work if the host had the mod with homing rockets, anyways. (I'm sure you already knew that, so I'm a little confused.)

i tryed the tutorial but i didnt like the splat of the paintball!!!
umm how could you cheat using homing rockets, when the other person starts with a rocket launcher and gots the same mod???
Its for lan anyway cuss i got dial up internet

to make paintball splats you need to swap the dependencys of the weapon to what you want
in hht open projectiles find the weapon you want to mod then change the impact effects to blood collision human then in hmt change the human blood to elite blood an you get purplish paint
to change what it looks like you can make it shoot more projectiles to make it darker and you can edit the blood skin
for tracking rockets sence i dont see how you can cheat with them
i thing you can just make homing/turning up in hmt to like 9999 and it should follow

Well, considering I had no knowledge that you started with them, race towards the center of the map, grab them, then fire them anywhere and watch them hit someone.

And yeah, you could do it if you were hosting, which would be cheating, just as much as 500x damage would be. I'm not saying only this kind of cheating is bad, I'm just saying I hate going to actually play a game of halo, and to get a kid that just came across HMT shooting 500 rockets at me with homing.
I'm glad you got everything worked out, sorry for jumping to conclusions.

Also, Why can't you figure out how to make homing rockets on your own?

Yeah, when I experimented with homing projectiles, it was done through the weapon category.
Under the weapon tag, using Phenom's 64 Plugin Pack, there is a category for Aim assist. Jack it up to around 3000, and give the deviation angle something like 359. If the player is visible over the BSP, your cursor will turn red. Pull That Trigger.

I usually set it to have a homing of 5, that always made it fun for me.
