How do you create Custom AI Spawns in a SP Map

How can I do so in spark edit? Every time I switch to AI Spawns in EDIT they disappear!

you have to chunk clone them.

Ok, well i Chunk Cloner the maps data doesn't appear. So, where's the plugin I need and how do I install it? The download only came with the .exe file.
