how do u use Iron Forge's/offsets?

ok im a nOOb so dont bather me about it.now how do u use this?im using Hex Workshop to hex but i dont know how to us the offset file that the hex editing 101 tutorial says to use.and what do i open it with and like put it in. plz help a nOOb or the nOObs that might read this topic.thank u

you dont have to use a hex editor, you could just use HMT... it's a lot easier

ok i found out but i dont have the thing that u extract the files with so i have to ask my dad to email them.
