lol, that made me laugh. You try writing a program that reads a cache'd map file and interprets it, then renders a 3d model of the BSP with the ability to export it to an obj, and succesfully maps the textures on to 99% of the models.
THEN, make that same program allow for the duplication and swapping of tags, in a point-and-click interface, that then succesfully transfers the XYZ coordinates back into the collection tag so they spawn at the exact location you put them in.
as for you're question;
That happens sometimes to map files, for some reason. I don't know, it's happened to me to. You're best bet would be to replace the map with a backup or re-download sparkedit. Whenever I replaced it with a backup it worked for me.

I see "Out Of Memory" if im not wrong.skyhighkilla44 I recommend you reinstall your halo pc.It isn't from the bitmaps , its from the bloodgulch.
Few reasons to get this :
A tons of PMI.
Pretty much swapping.
Converting something wrong from Halo CE.
Trying to replace bloodgulch with other map.
P.S.
whoever makes sparkedit is the most useless dude in life
You are wrong.This program has been created by Grendiac , and it's just one of the most useful programs.

Right, you can tell me that once you've made an application which acts as a foundation of Halo PC modding.

Developer? You're the last person I expected to see post here. When'd you get out of RC?

Yeah it really surprised me too, Kirk apparently did, or at-least that is what he says in his mod post in the downloads section.
