Main Menu Music

I followed Pepsi's tutorial on editing sounds in Halo PC, but I couldn't find the converter he specified. When I converted using Audacity I could hear the music, but it stopped after about 5 seconds. I received no "file truncated" warning.

Does anyone know the problem / have a better way to do this?
