How do you make the center of a plasma bullet white, and te glow black?

you need to make it a dark dark purple.

I read on phillys post in the pictures section a LOOOONG time ago.
You cant have black plasma...only really dark purple.

You can't have it dark at all, since it is 'LIGHT' and 'LIGHT volume' tags. Trust me, it can't be done. Unless, of course, you have a black model for the projectile.
