okay so i want to make a model similar to the battle rifle but i cant really get the bracket area to turn out
i thought no one would get it so i just made a picture to detur any confusion or cause more...


i want to be able to make those holes in that general area, i know it would be out of your way to make a video but i just wanted to know if someone would be generous enough to teach me how. if not ill learn the hard way.

I think you take the flashlight and move it to the top and remodel it as needed(Theres probily an easier way though).

Either a custom model from CE (very much a cliche, sorry ), or ask someone like Deadhamster who likes maing holes in the assault rifle.

Get some verts in a lock, say ten, the drag over, grab the next few, drag moar until you have a decent hole on the top of you model. Then just move those verts down I guess. I donno, I don't remodel.
