Making the Impossible Possible?
Making the Impossible Possible?
Okay. I'm sure it could be done by some very smart modders here.
Is it possible to get two players in slayer into the same warthog.
Or
Is it possible to get two players on the same team their chosen colours.
I'm sure i've seen this in RvB, but, is it really possible?
Thanks,
/loor

That's a really good metaphor.Andrew_b wrote:CE isnt a land flowing with milk and honey. It has its limitations. Its more like water and crackers. PC is just water.

For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.
Nope they had one person in the passenger seat, then had another person stand behind the gunner seat and moved the camera man so it looked the guy standing behing the chaingun looked like he was in the gunner seat.

I am thinking Tyler could be right, with a bit of complex memory editing you MIGHT be able to get people have different colors on the same team. But you also have to take into consideration that RvB may have an inside copy of Halo that allowed them to do that.peta-182 wrote:Nope they had one person in the passenger seat, then had another person stand behind the gunner seat and moved the camera man so it looked the guy standing behing the chaingun looked like he was in the gunner seat.

Well I haven't watched RvB in a while so my theory is just on a certain episode. What episode did you see too people in the same Puma together? It was Griff in the passenger and Simmons at the gunner, right?

There is a scene with two of them in a warhog. It was done by having one character get in to the passenger seat, film their stuff, and then get out. They then had the other character get in to the other seat, film their stuff, and then get out. They then cut the 2 films in half and spliced them together to make it look like they were both in the hog at the same time.
That was done with film editing, not with modding.

yes i know how that works, but i am thinking how unbelievably easier it would be just to put it the game they where using.fritz_da_monkey wrote:There is a scene with two of them in a warhog. It wouldn't have been. They use the xbox version of halo, and they don't have it set up to mod.bcnipod wrote:yes i know how that works, but i am thinking how unbelievably easier it would be just to put it the game they where using.fritz_da_monkey wrote:There is a scene with two of them in a warhog. If you read my first post they may have been using a dev copy of the game.fritz_da_monkey wrote:It wouldn't have been. Seriously, what's up with quoting the same post as the one above it without writing anything else? Didn't it say in the rules that you're not supposed to do that?
