Hey, I'm new to modding, but feel like im catching on fast. Anywayz, i've got a great idea for a mod, but had to start somewhere.

I want to, simply, import some of the scenery items from timberland (like the trees and rocks), into bloodgulch. I went over the beginners tutorial here, (how to import a ghost into beavercreek) but sparkedit wouldn't do what the tutorial expected it to do lol.

So, can anyone help me, sure to be easy :D

What problems are you having? Also, putting scenery items from timberland into bloodgulch is not original, but it's a good place to start. Good choice. :)

ooo thanks lol :D
Well, I plan to make a fairly simple, but enjoyable mod.
I'd start by getting the scenery and transforming bloodgulch into a forest. Then I'd chnge the sky to night (probobly import the sky from timberland). Then change the lighting, so it actually looks like night.

That's the basics of my scenery construction. So....
If someone can show me how to import objects from other maps (in this case, it's the trees, rocks and sky from timberland), that would be awsome lol

You just need to PMI them in. Use conure's sting fixer on the rebuilt map, it works a treat. :)
