Since seeing blarg's main menu i wanted to see what i could muster up myself using some of the resources for modding avalable...

I believe you have to make it in CE then convert it to PC using Harbinger.

I didn't make the BSP that is a30_a's but i did make a new sky and populated the scenario.

that is part of A30 when you get to the first group of marines, he/she did some PMI of some swamp trees, and moved the scenery around, thats about it that I can see.

and what i did was repopulate the stock UI scenario with new scenary and gave a differnt sky and bsp.

Not really you was implying i was moving the objects not populating the scenario i was also pointing i am male not female.
And there was No pmi involved at all.

in order for you to get pretty much anything into a map you have to PMI.
