hey can someone help me?

I got skins and there in PPF files format
I need em in DDS to use em how do i convert them to DDS files?

you cannot convert a .ppf to a .dds

a .ppf is PlaystationPatchFile. it is used for patching playstation games, for emulators and stuff, it just makes a file that, when applied will take an original file in this case a map file, and change it to match that of a modified map file, so we don't have to upload huge files.

w8 then how did i download a PPF file from my PC its from these links there skins a found and idk how to use em

they come in a zip folder and then inside its a PPF file

you download PPF Master, and apply them that way.

Just patch the map with the .ppf and then open any of the maps in hmt and save the bitmaps that were modified. It's pretty simple. And I already replied on one of those forums. I declare it Uber Bumpage

wow look at that. i googled "How to apply PPF files on Halo PC" and i got that. amazing the power of tubes.

On topic: Here are some tips: Bitmap PPF files should be applied to a clean bitmaps.map. You cannot convert .ppf files to .dds files, you need to use one the above methods. Read the rules before posting, please? Good luck with your ripping.
