Ui filter

What tag in eschaton or hmt allows you to have a filter on your ui? Or do you need to make a skin?

can you describe what exactly you are asking in a bit more detail, i think the answer you are looking for is making a skin.

You would add fog into it, just make sure you have the fog to the color you want.

well in halo 2 vista its a sort of a screen effect tag, the map is actually almost free of fog. If you add a bsp besides the UI one, you're best bet would be to also add c10 swamp atmosphere sky, then change its color within its properties to whatever you want.
