Does rebuilding a trial map work?

I was trying to add the Flood infection model to the halo trial(my friend has my full version atm) Bloodgulch map. when I was at the actual rebuild part I got an error and set HMT to run as admin. It finished succesfully but the rebuilt map doesn't work in anything. Was it something I did wrong? Or does rebuilding not work with the trial version? I feel like I read somewhere that it does not but I'm not sure.

It works there is a site that has a tutorial how but I forgot. In a minute I'll post it.

http://www.halotrialmods.org/forums/index.php just go to modding help and then tutorials and near the bottom of the page there should be a tut on rebuilding trial maps

Keep in mind you'll need THMT (trial HMT) to rebuild properly. HMT doesn't rebuild with the correct magic from what I hear.
