Mods wont load

Im using HMT and all the weapon tags are changed to what I want them to be but when I go to play in multiplayer the mods dont work.
The only mod that works is frag grenades shooting out of the assault rifle. I made the mod the first time I used HMT.

Does anyone know why the mods dont work?

Multiplayer LAN or Internet?

If you are wanting to use the projectile swaps on a server you are not hosting, it's not going to work.

Did you save offsets? or whatever, save in general.

Yes. You must press save if you swapping a offset.
