No weapons...Hog flipping...

I want to know how to mod getting no weapons, or how to get it with glitches in halo PC. there is one for halo trial on youtube, but i want it for full version. is there any way to mod it so you can get no weapons like when you start out, or is there a way to glitch it?

2nd question is, when you increase speed on the hogs, how do keep them from flipping so much. I know in CE you can use dev and put the ejection off.
But is there a way to still be able to eject, but just make the hog heavier or something?

for the first ques. it involes the biped,actv and the actr. or you can just null out the startoff weapons shaders and the fp arms, but then you can't see any weapons or your fp arms....
for the second question, you stop if from flipping, increase the weight in the physics tag, and i don't think you can stop the ejection in PC multiplayer. i know it involved scripts, and i'm not sure that concure's program works with multiplayer. hope this helps

how do you just null out the first weapon? Im not a good modder as u can see.

yeah the first weaps. i still want to be able to pick up weaps, just start out with none and be able to play this on multiplayer with other players.

I could swear I've answered this twice already. You either null out the weapon dependencies in the biped tag, null out the two starting weapons in the scenario, or set the weapons you want to be unpickupable by changing their type to 'fuel rod gun' or something.

listen to philly, he better at that area. im best with physic, skins, models, actor (variants),bipeds, and AI. I'm alright with other things, but philly knows better than me in the weap areas.

uhm, how do u null them out? I nulled out when u go to bipd>Cyborg_mp>weapons assault rifle>weapons pistol. I nulled those out and it did nothing. then i nulled them out on both. still nothing. I tried nulling out the itmc stuff that had to do with the assault rifle and pistol (starting weapons regularly) and I also did switch the types to fuel rod and stuff. then i got an exception. Little more detail please? i want it to look like when you just start the first lvl of halo and have no weapons.

Mind if I use that idea? You will be one of the first people to contibute. :) Anyway, reinstall the map, or reverse your changes, then look in the scenario for these tags:

weapons\assault rifle\assault rifle
weapons\pistol\pistol
weapons\assault rifle\assault rifle
weapons\plasma pistol\plasma pistol

The first two are the normal starting weapons, the second two are for co-op, which is odd, because that's not on PC. :| Anyway, null out the first two and you should start with no weapons. :)

the scenario tag or what program are you using? cuz im confused. I was using HHT. I have hmt, and sparkedit also. But what you mean look in the scenario, the scenario tag?

When you null out the weapons you MUST make a custom gametype with Generic or Custom weapon settings. For the hog flipping you must add weight to the warthog (Under Physics tag)
+110 per every 25 thousandth added to speed.

This means that you must add 110 to mass PER EVERY 0.025 added

Hog flipping is a server boolean. I'm not sure but I think you can change it in devmode. Only problem is that that won't work on halopc. Can be done with scripts and conures scripter mb.
