New Moniter Model Request

Can someone resize the 343 Guilty Spark so he doesn't glitch through your head if I made him the oddball or somethin?
I can't model so yeah...
Basically: make him like in this vid:

No you don't, this on eis resized to fit in your hands, and the nodes/markers, position, rotation, etc. have been adjusted. Just use the files in the download. And you have the animations
(they are oddball animations)
