Invasion of the Humans!

All right, Ive been working on a new Mod, of which you are the covenant and they are the humans. I can imagine this has been done before, but I have some things that are not working well 
For example, in a30, when the units come in on dropships, there aren't any units coming out because when i switch the covenant to humans, the Droppies think that they are human therefore the cov. droppies will not hold them. THEN, I switch around the Cov. dropship with the pelican, still wont hold them.
THEN I keep the actr tag to what it was before (ie: if the unit was a jackal, the unit would then be a Marine, but with jackal as the actr tag)
but that caused the models to slide around with they're arms out to they're sides ( i have to admit, it is pretty funny
)
SO, does anyone know what is wrong, and what i can do to fix that?
