since i can't download modeling programs thanks to dial up, and have take all the fun from all the noob modding i can do, i thought i'd move to sound.

I can extract the marine dialog. I can change ogg vorbis file type. I can sucessfuly import new dialog.

problem is, I re export the sounds and they are blank which proberly explains why I can't hear them ingame.

So if anyone could please help me get marines talking like GTA characters help me!

Well congratulations on the threadfull of help guys, lol.

I dont really know too much about sounds, but I have heard of problems re-importing. Maybe try searching a bit, and if you still can find an answer hopfully someone will.
