HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ive gone through all the steps to rebuild...rewrote the xml files....moved files to where they need to be ...everything. but when i go to rebuild after everything it says buildtree is denied....can u help? ive done sp-mp before but it wont do it this time. help would be apreciated.

goto C/: and Delete the buildtree.txt file.

buildtree.txt isnt there under C/: or anywhere that i can find
